What commission models do you offer?

We offer Revenue Share, CPA and Hybrid deals, depending on your traffic, market and partnership. Our standard Revenue Share deal is 30% of NGR, with individual commercial terms agreed directly with your Affiliate Manager.

Can I see how my revenue is calculated?

Yes. Transparency is a big part of how we work. You’ll be able to see your GGR, NGR and the deductions used to calculate it, giving you a clear picture of how your traffic is performing and how your commission is calculated. No mystery maths.

Do you have negative carryover?

No. Negative Revenue Share balances are normally reset at the end of each month rather than being carried into the next. The only exception is our High Roller Policy, which applies to qualifying individual players.

How does the High Roller Policy work?

A player is considered a High Roller for carryover purposes when they generate negative NGR of €10,000 or more in a calendar month and your overall NGR for that month is also negative. Only the relevant negative amount is carried forward against that individual player. Positive revenue from your other players isn’t used to clear their balance.

When do I get paid?

Affiliate commission is calculated and paid monthly, subject to a minimum payment threshold of €200. If your balance is below €200, don’t worry. It simply carries forward until you reach the payment threshold.

How are my players tracked?

Players are tracked through your unique affiliate tracking links using the NetRefer affiliate platform. Your account gives you access to reporting on the traffic, registrations, player activity and revenue attributed to your campaigns.

What marketing materials will I have access to?

You'll have access to approved banners, logos, tracking links and other marketing materials for the brands and markets you're promoting. If you need something specific for a campaign, speak to your Affiliate Manager.

Can I promote SpinnerBet in any market?

Not necessarily. Gambling regulations and marketing requirements vary by jurisdiction, so the markets available to you will depend on where and how you're promoting. Your Affiliate Manager will confirm available markets and any market-specific requirements.

Can I negotiate my deal?

Absolutely. We don't believe every affiliate or traffic source fits the same commercial model. CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid terms can be discussed with your Affiliate Manager based on your traffic, market and expected volumes.

What happens if one of my players is fraudulent?

A fraudulent player doesn't automatically make you a fraudulent affiliate. We may exclude invalid or fraudulent activity from commission calculations, but we'll investigate the affected activity rather than automatically treating your entire account as fraudulent.

Is there a minimum traffic requirement?

No. We don't reduce your commission simply because you've had a quiet month or haven't delivered a set number of new players. We care more about building worthwhile partnerships than penalising affiliates for temporary changes in traffic.
